ファクトリコンピュータでドライバ提供(サポート)しているWindows 10は以下となります。
Windows 10 HomeやWindows 10 Proなどはサポートしておりません。

以下の既存製品にWindows 10 をインストールして利用する場合、OSインストール前にBIOSアップデートが必要になります。

    出荷開始から、2017年4月中旬までの生産品
  • E23W・E27B・E22U
    出荷開始から、2017年5月中旬までの生産品
※BIOSアップデートツールは、FC User Loungeで順次公開予定です。

弊社からOSレス装置を購入してWindows 10を利用する場合

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise は特定用途機器向けのライセンス(OEM向け)となります。
お客様は、Microsoft社とライセンス契約が必要になります。
お客様にて製造装置、店舗用などのシステム機器としてご使用される場合、OSライセンス購入につきましては、Microsoft社の指定代理店にご相談ください。
