[Machine Details]
Displays the product name. You can also configure the printer name, location, contact person, and administrator E-mail address.

[Configuration]
Displays the printer specifications, Page Description Language (PDL), and memory settings.

[Billing Meter]
Displays the total number of output pages.

[Initialization]
Allows you to initialize NVM and restart the printer.

[Internet Services Settings]
Allows you to configure the settings for CentreWare Internet Services.

[Port Status]
Allows you to enable or disable different ports used in the printer.

Port Settings:

[Ethernet]
Allows you to configure the settings for Ethernet.

Protocol Settings:

[TCP/IP], [LPD], [Port9100], [IPP], [FTP], [SMB], [NetWare], [SNMP], [E-mail], [HTTP]
Allows you to configure detailed settings for each protocol.

Some items may not be displayed if they are not restarted after [Enable] is selected in [Port Status].
The protocol that can be used will differ depending on the printer model and the options installed. Menus and setting items of protocols that cannot be used will not be displayed.

1. Select a topic on the left frame. If the topic is not displayed, click the [+] sign on the left of the folder to reveal the hidden topic.
   
   Settings of that topic will be displayed on the right frame.
   
   

To Change Settings

Procedures

1. You can change the settings using drop-down menus, text boxes and check boxes in the page.
   
   The current setting in the drop down menu is indicated with an asterisk (*).
   
   
2. After changes are completed, click the [Apply New Settings] button at the bottom of the right frame.
   
   Settings made on Internet Services are transmitted to and made valid on the printer.
   Some settings require restarting the device in order to function properly. For such cases, click the [Apply New Settings and Reboot Device] button to restart the device.
   If NetWare were to be restarted, click the [Reset NetWare Port] button.
   
   When changing the setting items, the user name and password of the device administrator will be requested. Enter the device administrator's ID and password specified in [Internet Services Settings].

• To cancel the settings made, click the [Restore Settings] button.
• To display the current printer settings, click the [Refresh] button.
