業績

人手不足に直面する小売店舗での業務効率化を目的とした、定点カメラによる映像ベース棚欠品検出・通知・可視化システムを開発した。映像内の商品棚に対して、商品種別ごとの欠品率を一定頻度で自動的に算出・可視化し、補充タイミングを従業員のスマホに通知することで、品出し業務の効率化を実現している。機械学習・画像認識・二次元コードを組み合わせて、従来の類似システムの課題であった導入容易性・運用容易性を大きく向上させるとともに、店舗内の欠品状態が一目でわかるような専用アプリでの可視化によりユーザビリティを高め、従来にない実用的な欠品自動認識システムを実現した。開発の背景や、画像認識技術の新たな活用方法、小売店舗での導入効果の実例から、本サービスの社会価値・新規性および導入実績が高く評価された。
