On the [Properties] tab, you can view and set the properties of the printer.
The features that can be used differ depending on the model of your printer and the options installed. The menus and items for the features not supported by your printer are not displayed.
[Description]
Displays the product name and serial number of the printer. It also allows you to configure the printer name, location, contact person, and administrator's e-mail address.
[Configuration]
Displays the printer specifications, page description languages (PDLs), and memory settings.
[Usage Counters]
Displays the total number of output pages.
[Initialization]
Allows you to initialize NVM and reboot the printer.
Security:
[SSL/TLS Server Communication], [Certificate Management]
Allow you to set security on transmitted/received data if enabling communication to and from the printer using HTTPS.
These pages also allow you to configure the SSL/TLS server communication and to create, verify, or delete self-signed certificates.
[Certificate Management] appears only when your certificate is already created and the SSL/TLS server communication is enabled.
[StatusMessenger]
Allows you to configure the settings for the StatusMessenger feature.
[Internet Services Settings]
Allows you to configure the settings for CentreWare Internet Services.
[Port Status]
Allows you to enable or disable each port.
Port Settings:
[Ethernet]
Allows you to configure the settings for Ethernet.
Protocol Settings:
[TCP/IP], [LPD], [Port9100], [IPP], [FTP], [SMB], [NetWare], [EtherTalk], [Bonjour], [SNMP], [E-mail], [HTTP]
Allows you to configure the settings for each protocol.
Some items may not appear unless you reboot the printer after selecting [Enabled] under [Port Status].
