[AirPrint] Dialog Box


Note

This setting becomes available when you restart the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turn off and on the printer on the operator panel of the printer.

[Enable]

Specify whether to enable the printer for AirPrint. Bonjour (mDNS) and IPP protocols are also available when AirPrint is enabled.

[USB Connection]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

Specify whether to enable the printer for USB port connection.

[Bonjour]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

[Printer Name]

Enter the service name to be used on Multicast DNS. The following characters can be entered:

[Location]

Enter the name of the location of the printer. The following characters can be entered:

[Geo-Location]

Enter the physical location of the printer. The following characters can be entered:

[IPP Authentication]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

[Basic Authentication]

Specify whether to enable the authentication function for AirPrint.

[User Name]

This item appears when [Basic Authentication] is enabled.

Enter the user name for AirPrint. Control characters are not available. The following characters can be entered:

[Password]

This item appears when [Basic Authentication] is enabled.

Enter the password. Control characters are not available. The following characters can be entered:

[Retype Password]

Enter the same character string in [Password].

[Scan]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

[Timeout]

Enter the connection timeout period of AirPrint scan.

[Security Certificates]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

Clicking [Edit] displays the [Security Certificates] dialog box.

[Supplies]

This item appears when AirPrint is enabled on the printer.

Clicking [Check Status] displays the details of [Supplies].
