Address Book - Address List

The [Address List] page can be displayed by clicking a folder name on the [Address Folders] page. On this page, you can confirm register, change, or delete addresses.

Go To
Enter an address number of the address to be displayed in single-byte numbers, and then click the [Start] button.

Number
Displays the address numbers of the addresses contained in the folder. If you want to delete an address, select the check box next to its number.

Type
Displays the icons that indicate the types of the addresses (E-mail (Individual)/E-mail (Group)/Server/Media).

Profile
Displays the icons that indicate the registered scan profile settings if any.

Recipient Name/Save In Location
Displays the names of the addresses.

Address/Path/The number of Members
Displays e-mail addresses, number of the members of the group, or the locations where scanned data is saved. When saved on FTP servers, the save locations are displayed in a format of "ftp://server name (IP address)/save location". When saved in SMB folders, they are displayed in a format of "\\server name (IP address)\SMB shared name\save location". When saved in a media, they are displayed in a format of "\save location".

[Create] button
When clicked, the [Create New Address] page appears. You can register a new address on this page.

[Confirm/Change] button
When clicked, the [Confirm/Change Address] page appears. You can change a registered address on this page.

[Delete] button
When clicked after selecting the check box next to the address to be deleted, the [Delete Address] page appears.
