Machine Details

The [Machine Details] page displays the product name and serial number. It also allows you to set the scanner name, installation location, contact person, and the administrator e-mail address.

Product Name

Serial Number
This item can be viewed only.

Name
Enter the name of the scanner within 31 bytes. This can be entered in Japanese.
This allows you to enter more than 31 bytes, but the excess will be deleted when applying the new settings.

Location
Enter the installation location of the scanner within 63 bytes. This can be entered in Japanese.
This allows you to enter more than 63 bytes, but the excess will be deleted when applying the new settings.

Contact Person
Enter the contact information, such as the extension number of the administrator or the contact number of information services, within 63 bytes. This can be entered in Japanese.

Administrator E-mail Address
Enter the e-mail address of the CentreWare Internet Services administrator within 63 bytes.
Single-byte alphanumeric characters, periods (.), hyphens (-), under bars (_) and an @ symbol can be used.
This is intended to be used only as a memo, and the scanner will not send e-mail to this address. Also, the e-mail address of the scanner is not the address set here, but the address set in [E-mail] under [Machine E-mail Address].
