General Setup - StatusMessenger

This page allows you to configure the settings for the StatusMessenger.

Recipient's E-mail Address 1
Recipient's E-mail Address 2
Enter the e-mail addresses of the recipients who will be notified of the changes in the printer's status. Each address should be entered within 255 bytes using alphanumeric characters, periods (.), hyphens (-), underscores (_), and an at mark (@).
E-mails will be sent to these addresses if any of [Notification Items] you selected occur on the printer.

Notification Items
Select the check boxes of the items you want the recipients to be notified of.


Consumables Status
Select these check boxes to notify the recipients of error or warning about the toner cartridges.


Paper Jam Status
Select this check box to notify the recipients of paper jam.


Printer Booting
Select this check box to notify the recipients of booting of the printer.


Login Error
Select this check box to notify the recipients of login error.


Items other than the above
Select this check box to notify the recipients of error of the items other than the above.

E-mail Settings
This page allows you to configure the settings for the e-mail feature.
Clicking the [Edit] button displays the [E-mail] page in [Protocol Settings].
