Details of the User (Accounting)

Note

This item appears when [Copy Accounting] or [Print Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

You can configure the settings for the users registered on the printer. You can also change the user passwords and delete the users.

[Change Password]

Displays the [Change Password] dialog box.

[New Password]

Enter the new password. If you do not want to set a password, leave the text box blank. The following characters can be entered:

Between 4 bytes and 12 bytes (single-byte only)
Alphanumeric characters, symbols, and spaces

[Retype New Password]

Enter the same character string in [New Password].

[Delete User]

Clicking [Delete] deletes the user information.

[Accounting]

[Copies]

This item appears when [Copy Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

[Color]: Displays the total number of color pages copied and the maximum number of color pages permitted to copy.
[Black & White]: Displays the total number of monochrome pages copied and the maximum number of monochrome pages permitted to copy.

[Prints]

Note

This item appears when [Print Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

[Color]: Displays the total number of color pages printed and the maximum number of color pages permitted to print.
[Black & White]: Displays the total number of monochrome pages printed and the maximum number of monochrome pages permitted to print.

[Edit]

Displays the [Edit Accounting] dialog box.

[Color Copies]

Note

This item appears when [Copy Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

Specify whether to permit to copy color pages.

[Limit]

This item appears when [Color Copies] is permitted.

Enter the maximum number of color pages permitted to copy.

[Used]

This item appears when [Color Copies] is permitted.

Displays the total number of color pages copied.

[Black & White Copies]

Note

This item appears when [Copy Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

[Limit]

Enter the maximum number of monochrome pages permitted to copy.

[Used]

Displays the total number of monochrome pages copied.

[Color Prints]

Note

This item appears when [Print Accounting] is enabled from the operator panel of the printer.

Specify whether to restrict color printing.

[Limit]

This item appears when [Color Prints] is permitted.

Enter the maximum number of color pages permitted to print.

[Used]

This item appears when [Color Prints] is permitted.

Displays the total number of color pages printed.

[Black & White Prints]
