Details of the User (Permissions)

Note

This item appears when [Local Authentication] is selected for [User Authentication] from the operator panel of the printer.

You can configure the settings for the users registered on the printer. You can also change the user passwords and delete the users.

[Change Password]

Displays the [Change Password] dialog box.

Enter the new password. If you do not want to set a password, leave the text box blank. The following characters can be entered:

Enter the same character string in [New Password].

Clicking [Delete] deletes the user information.

Lists the items of permissions.

Displays whether the function to rearrange the tiles or add new tiles on the Home screen is ready for use.

Displays whether the copy function is ready for use.

Displays whether the Scan to Email function is ready for use.

Displays whether the fax function is ready for use.

Displays whether the Scan to Network function is ready for use.

Displays whether the Scan to WSD (Web Services on Devices) function is ready for use.

Displays whether the Scan to USB function is ready for use.

Displays whether to enable the USB Direct Print function is ready for use.
