[IP Address Filtering] Dialog Box

You can specify the network that enable to access to the printer when limiting within the range of the specific IP addresses. Enter the IP addresses and subnet masks that you want the printer to control connections.

Note

This setting becomes available when you restart the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turn off and on the printer on the operator panel of the printer.

[IPv4 Address Filtering]

Specify whether to enable only the specific IP addresses to access to the printer in the IPv4 environment.

[IPv6 Address Filtering]

Specify whether to enable only the specific IP addresses to access to the printer in the IPv6 environment.

[Allowed IP Address/Subnet Mask]

This item appears when [IPv4 Address Filtering] or [IPv6 Address Filtering] is enabled. Lists the addresses that allowed to access. Clicking [Add] displays the editing IP address dialog box.

[Enter IP Address]

Enter the IP address for each environment to allow to access.

[Enter IP Mask]

Enter the range of the IP address for each environment to allow to access.
