[SNMP v1/v2] Dialog Box

Note

This setting becomes available when you restart the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turn off and on the printer on the operator panel of the printer.

[Enable]

Specify whether to enable SNMP v1/v2.

[Community Names]

This item appears when SNMP v1/v2 is enabled.

[Community Name Read Only]

Enter a read only community name. The default community name is "public".

[Community Name Read/Write]

Enter a read/write community name. The default community name is "private".

[Trap Community Name]

Enter a trap community name. The default community name is "SNMP_trap".

[Trap Destination]

This item appears when SNMP v1/v2 is enabled.

Lists the addresses of the destination to be notified of trap occurrences. Clicking the destination or [(Available)] displays the editing trap dialog box.

[Trap Destination 1]/[Trap Destination 2]/[Trap Destination 3]/[Trap Destination 4] Dialog Box

[Type]

Select the address type of the destination to be notified of trap occurrences.

[IP Address : Port]

Text Box on the Left
Enter the IP address according to [Type].
Text Box on the Right
Enter the port number (UDP).

[Trap to be Received]

Specify whether to notify trap occurrences.
