[App Settings]


[Edit Apps Screen of Device]

You can show/hide and rearrange the app icons on the Home screen of the device.

Show icon: Click (Add App) to select the app to add.

Hide icon: Click (Deselect App) of the icon you want to hide.

Rearrange icon positions: Drag & drop the icon to the target position.

You can also perform operations with the keyboard. For information, refer to "Working with [Edit Apps Screen of Device] Screen".

[Screen Default]

Set your preferred screen defaults to be applied when you start the printer.

[Web Browser Setup]

Configure the settings for the printer dedicated web browser to be used to access web applications or custom services.

The "web browser" described here refers to the one that works on the printer's control panel. It is different from web browsers used on computers, such as Microsoft Edge.

[Delete Persistent Cookie upon Closing]

To clear persistent cookies stored in the web browser when the web browser is exited, set this item to Enable.

Persistent cookies are the cookies remained even after the web browser has been exited.

[Clear Cache upon Closing]

To clear cache stored in the web browser when the web browser is exited, set this item to Enable.

[Use Cache]

To use cache stored in the web browser, set this item to Enable.

[Save Cookies]

Set whether to use cookies.

If you select [Warn User When Cookie Is Offered], a warning screen will appear when the server requests saving of cookies.

[SSL Cert Verification Failure]

Set whether to terminate access or ask whether to continue access when verification of SSL server certificate fails.

[Functional Code]

To use services for linking with other printers, configure the settings as required.

[Enable Add-on Apps]

Set whether or not to enable Add-on Apps.

The enabled Add-on Apps appear on Installed Apps.

[Display "More Features" on Feature List]

Select whether to display More Features on the feature list in the apps on Device.
