ソフトウェア紹介

本ソフトウェアは、PDFダイレクト印刷機能を塔載したNEC MultiWriterシリーズに対応したプリンタドライバです。

本ドライバでは以下の設定を行うことができます。

  • 部数、カラーモード、出力用紙サイズ、印刷モード、両面印刷、レイアウト、用紙種類、用紙トレイ、フィニッシング、セキュリティプリント

また、ユーザーごとの印刷設定をグラフィカルインタフェースで行うことのできる、「印刷設定ユーティリティ」も付属しています。

本プリンタドライバは印刷システムとしてCUPS(Common UNIX Printing System)を使用します

使用許諾条件

1.[著作権の帰属]
(1)ソフトウェアの著作権およびすべての知的財産権は、日本電気株式会社(以下
    弊社といいます。)および富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション株式会社なら
  びに原権利者に帰属します。 

2.[契約有効期間]
(1)本使用条件は、お客様が本ソフトウェアを搭載したときから効力を発し、お客
    様が本契約を解除してソフトウェアを廃棄するまで有効とします。
(2)お客様は、1ヶ月以上事前に弊社宛て書面により通知することにより、本使用条
    件により許諾される許諾プログラムの使用権を終了させることができます。
(3)弊社は、お客様が本使用条件のいずれかの条項に違反されたときはいつにても許
    諾プログラムの使用権を終了させることができます。 
(4)許諾プログラムの使用権は、本使用条件の規定にもとづき終了するまで有効に存
    続します。
(5)許諾プログラムの使用権が終了した場合には、本使用条件にもとづくお客様のそ
    の他の権利も同時に終了するものとします。お客様は、許諾プログラムの使用権
    終了後直ちに許諾プログラムおよびその全ての複製物を破棄するものとします。

3.[権利の許諾]
(1)お客様は、許諾プログラムを複製し、本製品に接続されたコンピュータ(以下「
    ホスト・コンピュータ」といいます。)においてのみ使用することができます。
(2)お客様は、日本国内においてのみ非独占的に許諾プログラムを使用することがで
    きます。

4.[注意制限事項]
(1)ソフトウェアを使用するにあたっては、各ソフトウェアに関して弊社が本サービ
    スサイトで明記する注意制限事項を遵守してください。 

5.[著作権表示、複製等]
(1)お客様は、第3条第1項にもとづき許諾プログラムを使用するため、ホスト・コ
    ンピュータの台数と同じ部数まで許諾プログラムを複製することができます。
(2)前項のほか、お客様は、滅失、毀損等に備える目的でのみ、許諾プログラムを1
    部複製することができます。
(3)お客様は、許諾プログラムの全ての複製物に、許諾プログラムに付されている著
    作権表示およびその他の権利表示を付すものとします。
(4)お客様は、本使用条件で明示されている場合を除き、許諾プログラムの使用、複
    製、改変、結合その他の処分を行ってはなりません。
(5)本使用条件は許諾プログラムとともに提供されたマニュアル等の関連資料の複製
    をお客様に許諾するものではありません。

6.[権利の移転、逆コンパイル等]
(1)お客様は、本契約において明示的に許諾されている場合を除き、ソフトウェアに
    ついて、賃貸借、リースその他いかなる方法によっても許諾プログラムの使用を
    第三者に許諾してはなりません。ただし、第三者が本使用条件に従うこと、およ
    び本製品およびお客様が保有する許諾プログラムおよびその関連資料を全て引き
    渡すことを条件に、お客様は、許諾プログラムの使用権を当該第三者に移転する
    ことができます。
(2)お客様は、許諾プログラムのうち実行可能形式またはオブジェクトコードで提供
    されたものは、ソフトウェアの全部または一部を修正または改変し、あるいはリ
    バース・エンジニア、逆コンパイルまたは逆アセンブルおよびその他の方法で解
    析してはならないものとします。
(3前2項にかかわらず、ソフトウェアのうちGNU General Public Licenseに
    基づいて提供されるモジュールについては、その特約に従うものとします。

7.[保証の免責]
(1)ソフトウェアは現状有姿で提供されるものであり、弊社および富士フイルムビジ
  ネスイノベーション株式会社は、いかなる動作保証も行いません。弊社、富士フ
  イルムビジネスイノベーション株式会社およびそのライセンサー、その他ソフト
  ウェアの改変者および再頒布者は、ソフトウェアに関して、明示的または黙示的
  を問わず、第三者の権利を侵害しないことや、ソフトウェアの性能および品質上
  の問題に起因して発生する問題、商品性の保証、特定の目的に対する適合性に関
  する黙示の保証を含む一切の保証責任を負いません。ソフトウェアの導入および
  運用等は、お客様ご自身の責任および費用負担をもって処理されるものとします。

8.[責任の制限]
(1)弊社、その子会社、関連会社、それらの販売代理店、特約店、富士フイルムビジ
  ネスイノベーション株式会社およびソフトウェアの原権利者、その他プログラム
  の改変者および再頒布者は、ソフトウェアの誤作動、データの消失、他のプログ
  ラムと一緒に動作しないといった不具合など、プログラムの使用に関連して生じ
  た直接損害、間接損害、特別損害、派生的損害、懲罰的損害その他一切の損害に
  ついて、損害の可能性について予測可能であったか知っていたかを問わず、賠償
  責任を負いません。また、第三者からお客様に対してなされた損害賠償請求にも
  とづく損害についても一切責任を負いません。

9.[その他]
(1)お客様は、該当国の全ての輸出管理法、規制および規則を遵守するものとし、当
    該輸出管理法、規制および規則に違反して、または必要な認可等を得ることなく
    ソフトウェアを直接または間接に輸出または再輸出してはなりません。

(2)本契約は日本国法を準拠法とし、本契約に関する訴訟は東京地方裁判所を第一審
    の専属管轄裁判所とします。本契約は、ソフトウェアに関するお客様と弊社およ
    び富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション株式会社の間の完全かつ唯一の合意であ
  り、口頭または書面にかかわらず、ソフトウェアに関してお客様と弊社および富
  士フイルムビジネスイノベーション株式会社の間でなされたすべての事前の合意
  に優先します。

10.[GPLに基づき許諾されるフリーソフトウェア・モジュール]
    ソフトウェアは、GNU General Public License Version 2 に
    基づいて許諾される以下のフリーソフトウェア・モジュールを含んでいます。

              /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopdfnc
              /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopjlnc
    かかるモジュールはフリーソフトウェアです。お客様は、

    GNU General Public License Version 2 または
    当該ライセンス条件の改訂版が定める条件に従って、かかるモジュールを
    再頒布または変更することができます。
    かかるモジュールは有用と思いますが、頒布にあたっては、
