The [Job History] page displays the detailed information on the last 20 scan jobs (including copy jobs) that completed.

Job History

The [Job History] page displays the detailed information on the last 20 scan jobs (including copy jobs) that completed. The items displayed vary depending on the [Change View] settings.

[Change View] - [Job Result]

• Service Name
  Displays the names of the features that processed the jobs. The feature names include [Scan To PC (FTP)], [Scan To PC (SMB)], [Scan To E-mail] [Copy], and [Scan to Media].
  
• File Name
  Displays the names of the files from which the jobs were output. If new folders were created when the files were saved, this displays the "folder names/file names". This displays blank for copy jobs.
  
• Result
  Displays the completion status of the jobs. The numbers displayed are error codes. For more information on error codes, refer to the scanner's "User's Manual" or "Online Manual".
  
• Pages
  Displays the number of pages scanned for scan or copy jobs.
  
• Completed at
  Displays the dates and times that the jobs completed.
• Output Destination (Entries)
  For the jobs processed by the [Scan To E-mail] feature, this displays the number of recipients and their e-mail addresses. For those processed by the [Scan To PC] feature, this displays the locations where the jobs were saved. For those processed by the [Copy] or [Scan to Media] feature, this displays blank.

[Change View] - [Detailed Scan Settings]

• File Name
  Displays the names of the files from which the jobs were output. For the jobs that were saved in folders, this displays their "folder names/file names". This displays blank for copy jobs.
  
• Output Color
  Displays the color modes used when the jobs were scanned.
  
• Scan Resolution
  Displays the scan resolution used when the jobs were scanned.
  
• File Format
  Displays the file formats of the jobs.
  
• Original Size
  Displays the paper sizes of the jobs when they were scanned.
  
• Reduce/Enlarge
  Displays the reduction/enlargement ratios of the jobs when they were scanned.

Displays all of the above items.
