Subject List
The [Subject List] page can be displayed by clicking [Subject] in the left frame on the [Setup Menu] screen.
On this page, you can register, confirm, change, or delete subjects to be used for the [Scan to E-mail] feature.
Default Subject Number
Select the number of a subject that you want to set as a default.
Number
Displays the subject numbers. When deleting a subject, select the check box next to its number.
Content
Displays the contents of the registered subjects.
[Delete] button
When clicked after selecting the check box next to the subject to be deleted, the [Delete Subject] page appears. You can delete the subject on this page.
Create New Subject
The [Create New Subject] page can be displayed by clicking the [Create] button on the [Subject List] page.
You can register a new subject on this page.
Subject
Enter the subject.
- Enter in single or double-byte characters within 64 bytes.
- Control characters (such as linefeeds) cannot be used.
- If you leave this blank and click [Apply New Settings], any subjects entered previously will be canceled.

Confirm/Change Subject
The [Confirm/Change Subject] page can be displayed by clicking the [Confirm/Change] button on the [Subject List] page.
You can change a registered subject on this page.
