Address Book - Delete Address

The [Delete Address] page can be displayed by clicking the [Delete] button on the [Address List] page.
You can delete a registered address on this page.

Number
Displays the address number of the address.

Type
Displays the type of the address.

Recipient Name/Save In Location
Displays the recipient name of the address.

Recipient/Save In
Displays the e-mail address or the location where scanned data is saved. When saved on an FTP server, the save location is displayed in a format of "ftp://server name (IP address)/save location". When saved in an SMB folder, it is displayed in a format of "\\server name (IP address)\SMB shared name\save location".

[OK] button
Deletes the address.

[Cancel] button
Returns to the [Address List] page without deleting the address.
