Protocol Settings - EtherTalk Compatible System

This page allows you to configure the settings for EtherTalk.

This page does not appear if your printer does not support EtherTalk.

Printer Name
Enter the EtherTalk printer name within 32 bytes using alphanumeric characters and symbols.
The following characters cannot be used:
: (column), - (equal sign), @ (at mark), * (asterisk)

Zone Name
Enter the EtherTalk zone name within 32 bytes using alphanumeric characters and symbols. By default, the zone of the network that the printer is currently connected to is displayed in asterisks (*).
The following characters cannot be used:
: (column), = (equal sign), @ (at mark)

Printer Type
Displays the type of EtherTalk.

Startup Delay
Set the startup delay time of EtherTalk to 0 second or between 1 and 255 seconds.
This setting will become valid after rebooting the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually switching it off and then on again.
