How to use Help
The index on the left lists the links to the available topics. Clicking on a topic will automatically take you to that page.
Left Panel is almost same as the menu of Internet Services. When the item you want is not displayed, click the upper level folder. The item is displayed.
Important: Please note that this CentreWare Internet Services Help is displayed via Internet and communication charges are to be borne by the customer.
Navigating the Help Window
- Click [Help] located on the CentreWare Internet Services page. The [Help] window will appear. To access the help contents, click on the corresponding topic in the index.
- When the [Help] window is displayed, switching to another CentreWare Internet Services page will not alter the Help contents.
- A minimized [Help] window will not revert automatically to its original size unless it is selected.
- If the [Help] window is hidden behind another window, click on any visible part of the [Help] window to bring it to the front.
- The selected Help topic will move to the top of the window. However, this may not happen if the topic is located at the bottom of the [Help] page.
-
To display a help topic you previously displayed, do not use the [Back] button on your web browser or the [Backspace] key on your keyboard; instead, click on the topic in the Left Panel of the help.
Changing the Font Size and Window Size in Help
- The Help font size can be increased or decreased to suit your requirements. To change the font size of the [Help] window, change the Text Size setting in the browser.
- The [Help] Window size can be adjusted. Change the size of the window in the same way you would adjust any other window on the screen. For example, drag the frame of the window to enlarge or reduce its size.
