Set detailed information about the users registered with the printer. You can also change passwords for users or delete users.
Clicking [Edit] on the right side of the screen and selecting [User Accounts] displays the dialog box.
Fill in [User ID], [Password] and [Retype Password] to add an account.
This item is displayed only when configuring [Log In to Local Accounts].
Clicking [Edit] on the right side of the screen and selecting [All User Accounts] displays the dialog box.
Regarding [Reset All Feature Access], [Reset Total Impressions] and [Reset All Account Limits], set whether to reset those settings for all users.
This item is displayed only when configuring [Log In to Local Accounts].
These settings cannot be restored once reset.
To edit the settings for individual user account, click the user name to display the screen where you can view detailed information about the user.
Enter a new password. If you do not want to set a password, leave the field blank.
Clicking [Delete] deletes information about the user.
This item is not displayed if the user is System Administrator.
Click [Edit] and fill in [User Name] and [User ID].
[User Name] is not displayed if the user is System Administrator.
Click [Edit] and set permissions for each feature and operation.
This item is not displayed if the user is System Administrator.
Clicking [Delete] deletes the settings for the following feature and restore default settings of Home: personal one-touch apps, presets and favorites.
Click [Edit] and configure the settings for each feature.
This item is displayed when [Account Administrator] has been enabled on the printer's control panel.
This item is not displayed if the user is System Administrator.
Set whether to reset the Total Impressions counter up to the present time for the selected user to "0".
In Total Impressions for Print, the total number of pages printed by the user up to the present time is displayed. In Limit for Print, the maximum allowed print count for the user can be set.
