Status

The [Status] tab displays the information and status of the printer.
On the [Status] screen, you can confirm the status of the paper tray, the output tray, the covers and the toner cartridges of the printer.

General:
This page displays [Printer Name], [IP Address], [Product Name], [Location], [Contact Person], [Status], and the [Refresh] button. The messages displayed on [Status] are linked to the [Fault Status] page.
The [Refresh] button updates the printer status when it is clicked.
The lower portion of the page displays a link to the copyright information.

Printer Status:
Displays the status of [Paper Tray], [Output Tray], [Cover], and [Consumables].

Fault Status:
Displays [Fault Status] (error information).

Printer Status - Paper Tray

Displays [Paper Tray], [Tray Capacity], [Status], [% Full], [Paper Size], and [Paper Type].

• Paper Tray
  Displays the paper tray used.



• Tray Capacity
  Displays the maximum capacity of the paper tray.



• Status
  Displays the paper tray status.
• "Out of paper": The tray is empty.
• "Ready": Some paper is left but the amount is uncertain.


• % Full
  Displays an image indicating the remaining amount of paper in the paper tray.



• Paper Size
  Displays the size of paper loaded in the paper tray.



• Paper Type
  Displays the type of paper loaded in the paper tray.

Printer Status - Output Tray

Displays [Tray], [Tray Capacity], and [Status].

• Tray
  Displays the output tray used.



• Tray Capacity
  Displays the maximum capacity of the output tray.



• Status
  Displays the output tray status.
  
  • "Ready": The tray is available for output but the capacity is unknown.

Printer Status - Cover

Displays [Cover], [Status] and the status icons of the covers.

• Cover
  Displays the type of cover.



• Status
  Displays whether each cover is open or closed.
• "Closed": The cover is closed.


• "Open": The cover is open.


• "-": Unable to determine the status.

Printer Status - Consumables

Displays [Components], [Status] and the status icons of the toner cartridges.

• Components
  Displays the name of the toner cartridges.



• Status
  Displays the status of the toner cartridges.
  An image displays showing the current status of each toner cartridge.
• "n %": n% of toner is left.
• "Out of toner": The printer has run out of toner.
• "Replace Soon": The amount left is unknown but it is time to replace the toner.
  (The broad estimation of the remaining amount is less than 25%.)
• "-": Unable to determine whether there is any remaining toner.

  Displays the fault location in the printer.
