[Logs]

[Audit Log]

An audit log is a set of records of when and who did what activities on the device. The audit log helps you monitor for unauthorized use or an attempt of unauthorized use of the device.

[Enable]

Set whether to enable the audit log feature.

Once the audit log feature is enabled, logs are recorded in the device in the order of occurrences.

After the number of logs reaches the upper limit of 15,000, the oldest logs are deleted first.

[Export Audit Log]

Clicking [Export] allows you to retrieve the audit log stored on the printer as a text file.

[Diagnostic Log]

Logs that are useful when investigating issues currently being observed on the machine can be saved as an encrypted file.

This file will contain the machine's system settings, network settings and access information, member lists, user account information, submitted jobs and others.
