Configure the settings for LPD.

[Port]

Set whether to enable the LPD protocol.

[Port Number]

Set the port number for LPD.

Do not use the same port number as that for other ports.

[PJL]

Set whether to enable the use of the PJL switch.

[Print Mode]

Set the type of print language used when submitting print jobs.

The displayed options depend on the features of the printer.

[TBCP Filter]

Set whether to enable the use of TBCP filters.

This item is displayed when PostScript is available.

[Timeout]

Enter the amount of time after which communication timeout occurs for the LPD protocol. If receiving data halts on the way, after the amount of time specified here has elapsed, the connection to the printer is timed out.

[Maximum Number of Sessions]

Set the maximum number of clients that are allowed to connect to the printer with LPD concurrently, in the rage between 1 and 10 in increments of 1.

[Character Encoding]

Select a character encoding format for LPD interface.

[Spool]

Set whether to spool data.
