You can refer to or configure the restrictions on job operations.

Set whether to allow users to promote jobs.

Set whether to display jobs being run or jobs waiting to be run.

Set whether to display completed jobs.
[Stored Print Job Settings]
Set the minimum length of a passcode and the retention period for stored print jobs.
[Printer Lockout]

Click [Edit] to set whether to enable the Printer Lockout setting.
If you enable the Printer Lockout setting, printing on the printer can be prohibited by specifying the time window, the day of week, or the time period.
[Notify Job Completion by Email]

Click [Edit] to specify the service that will inform of the results of running of jobs.
[Export Job History]
You can retrieve job history for the specified period in CSV format.
This screen is displayed if the printer is equipped with a storage.
Specifying the Period
Specify [Start Date & Time] and [End Date & Time], and then click [Start].
