Note the following when entering characters, numbers, email addresses, and passwords.

Entering Characters/Numbers

Important

Some characters in a string you enter in a text box may not be saved even if you see the full string in the text box.

Note the following when entering email addresses.

Use the format "local portion@domain portion" or "local portion".
A period (.) at the beginning or end of each portion, or two or more consecutive periods are prohibited.
The "local portion" can contain alphanumeric characters and the following symbols:

! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~

The "domain portion" can contain alphanumeric characters, periods (.), and hyphens (-).

Regardless of whether they have already been set, symbols such as white circles (○) may appear in text boxes.
Delete any white circles before entering a new password.
