Details of the User (Permissions)
This item appears when [Off] is not selected for [User Authentication].
You can configure the settings for the users registered on the printer.
[User Account Settings]
User information appears.
Edit the user information, change the password, or delete the user.
[Permissions]
Lists the items of permissions.
To edit the settings, click [Edit] to display the [Edit Permissions] dialog box.

[Home/App Customize]
Specify whether to enable the function to rearrange the tiles or add new tiles on the Home screen of the printer.
[Copy]
Specify whether to enable the copy function. Selecting [Allow Only Black & White] disables copying in color.
[Email]
Specify whether to enable the Scan to Email function.
[Fax]
Specify whether to enable the fax function.
[Scan to Network]
Specify whether to enable the Scan to Network function.
[PC/WSD Scan Profile]
Specify whether to enable the Scan to WSD (PC/WSD: Web Services on Devices) function.
[Scan to USB]
Specify whether to enable the Scan to USB function.
[USB Direct Print]
Specify whether to enable the USB Direct Print function. Selecting [Allow Only Black & White] disables printing in color.
