When using Internet Services, a certificate may be required. High-security communication becomes possible using the certificate.

Encrypting Data

The data transmitted between the printer and a web browser is encrypted when a certificate is created in [Security] on [System], and [HTTP - SSL/TLS Communication] is enabled.
