[Audit Log] Dialog Box

An audit log is a record of what task was performed on the printer, by whom, and when. The audit log function allows monitoring of unauthorized use or attempted unauthorized use of the printer.

[Enable]

Specify whether to enable the audit log function.

[Server Address]

Enter the server address.

[Transport Protocol]

Specify the transport protocol.

[UDP/TCP Port Number] / [TLS Port Number]

Specify the port number.

[Facility]

Specify the facility.

[Timeout]

Enter the timeout.

[Log Authentication Failures]

Specify whether to record authentication failures as errors.

[Failure Count]

This item appears when [Log Authentication Failures] is enabled.
Specify the authentication failure count.
