Setting Up Your Web Browser


The following settings are needed on your web browser before using Internet Services.

The following procedure uses Microsoft Edge as an example.

Specifying the Proxy Server So That the IP Address of the Machine Is Treated as Exception

  1. Click […] > [Settings].
  2. The [Settings] menu appears.

  3. Click [System and performance] > [Open your computer’s proxy settings].
  4. The [Proxy] window is displayed.

  5. Turn off [Use a proxy server] of [Manual proxy setup].
  6. Click [Save].

Configuring Cookie and JavaScript

  1. Click […] > [Settings].
  2. The [Settings] menu appears.

  3. Click [Cookies and site permissions] and configure the following.
    • Click [Cookies and data stored] > [Manage and delete cookies and site data], and enable [Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)].
    • Click [Site permissions] > [JavaScript], and enable [Allow (recommended)].
