• IP address or FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) format
• Up to 64 bytes (single-byte only)
• Alphanumeric characters, periods (.), and hyphens (-)

Enter the port number to be used on the LDAP server.

[LDAP Server]

Displays the directory application.

[LDAP-SSL/TLS]

Clicking [SSL/TLS Server Communication] displays the [SSL/TLS Server Communication] page in [Security].

[Optional Information]

[Search Directory Root]

Enter the search directory root. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 255 bytes in UTF-8 encoding

[Login Credentials to Access LDAP Server]

Specify the login credentials to access the LDAP server.

[Login Name]

Enter the administrative login user name of the LDAP server. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 255 bytes in UTF-8 encoding

[Password]

Enter the administrative login password of the LDAP server. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 127 bytes in UTF-8 encoding

[Search Timeout]

Specify the timeout period to search. When [Wait] is selected, enter the timeout period.

[Search Name Order]

Select the search name order.

[Server Address Book]

Specify whether to use the address book in the LDAP server.

[Server Phone Book]

Specify whether to use the phone book in the LDAP server.
