[Wi-Fi Direct]

Specify whether to enable the Wi-Fi Direct connection.

[Group Role]

Select the group role of the printer.

[Device Name]

Enter the printer name to be identified over the Wi-Fi Direct network. A null cannot be set. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 32 bytes (single-byte only)
• Alphanumeric characters and symbols

[WPS Setup]

Select the Wi-Fi Protected Setup method.

[Group Owner]

Displays the current group owner.

[SSID (Character string following "DIRECT-**")]

Enter the name to be identified over the Wi-Fi Direct network. A null cannot be set. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 23 bytes (single-byte only)
• Alphanumeric characters and symbols

[Passphrase]

Displays the passphrase. Confirm it when you enter the passphrase into your Wi-Fi mobile device.

[IP Address]

Displays the IP address of the printer when connected using Wi-Fi Direct.

[Subnet Mask]

Displays the subnet mask of the printer when connected using Wi-Fi Direct.

[Status]

Displays the status of Wi-Fi Direct when the printer is connected to a wireless network.

[Paired Device]

Displays the number of mobile devices currently connected.

[Current Role]

Displays the current group role of the printer.

[Current SSID]

Displays the current SSID.
