[Edit User Account] (Details)

You can configure the detailed settings for a user who is permitted to use the printer. You can also delete users who are already registered.

[User Account Number]

Displays the user account number.

[User Name]

Enter the user name. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 32 bytes (single-byte only)
• Alphanumeric characters, symbols, and spaces

[Password]

Enter the password. When you do not want to set the password, leave the text box blank. The following characters can be entered:

• Between 4 bytes and 12 bytes (single-byte only)
• Alphanumeric characters, symbols, and spaces

[Color Print Access]

Specify whether to restrict color printing.

[Color Print Limit]

Enter the maximum number of color pages permitted to print.

[Color Printed Impressions]

Displays the total number of color pages printed.

[Black Print Limit]

Enter the maximum number of monochrome pages permitted to print.

[Black Printed Impressions]

Displays the total number of monochrome pages printed.

[Delete User]

Deletes the displayed user. The user is also deleted when you press the <Enter> key while editing.

This button appears when the registered user is displayed. When the user is not registered, "(New Entry)" is displayed.

[Save]

Registers the user.

[Undo]

Resets the settings to their original values without transferring them to the printer.

[Back]

Returns to the [Edit User Account] page without transferring the settings to the printer.
