[Auditron]

You can configure the user restriction settings.

Note

This setting becomes available when you reboot the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turn off and on the printer after clicking [Apply].

[Print Auditron]

Specify whether to enable the authentication function of the printer.

[Non-account Print]

When [Print Auditron] is enabled, a print job without account information (a user name and a password) cannot be printed. In order to print such a job, select [Enabled].

A print job without account information is the one created using a print driver or a printer utility of another company.

Note

Even when you use our print driver, a print job is sent without account information if the account setting of the print driver is disabled.

[User Account]

Clicking [Edit User Account] displays the [Edit User Account] page. This item appears when [Enabled] is selected for [Print Auditron].
