[Group No.]

Displays the registration number.

[Group Name]

Enter the group name. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 64 bytes in UTF-8 encoding

[Index Key]

Enter the index.
Destinations are sorted by indexes entered in [Index Key] when displayed in [Address Book] on the printer. The following characters can be entered:

• Up to 20 bytes in UTF-8 encoding

[Favorites]

Specify whether to register frequently used groups as favorites.
You can easily and quickly select destinations from the favorites list in [Address Book] on the printer.

Group Members

Lists the contacts which contain registered e-mail addresses.
Specify whether to add a contact to the group. Deselecting the check mark deletes the contact from the group.

[ID]

Switches the registration numbers to be displayed on the list.
