Configure access restrictions applied during authentication.
The displayed items vary depending on the authentication method implement in your environment.
[Device Access]
Set whether to restrict access to the control panel and operations on System Settings.
[App Access]
Select restrictions for apps.
Set whether to restrict operations with individual apps displayed when [Set Individual App Access] is selected.
[Feature Access]
Set whether to restrict operations with individual features.
[Job Operation Restrictions]
Set users whose operations with jobs, such as pausing/deleting, temporarily skipping restrictions for print, and promoting print jobs, will be restricted. The displayed items depend on the model of your printer and its settings.
[Permission Groups]
You can view/configure/edit the settings for authorization groups
[Group Name]
View/edit the group name of the authorization group.
[Allow Force Print Suspension]
Set whether to temporarily suspend force print.
[LDAP Groups]
Set whether to restrict operations for each of the following features: [User Permissions], [Device Control Panel], [App Access] and [Feature Access].
The [Device Control Panel] item is displayed only when [Login Type] is set to an item other than [Off].
