[Custom Filters]

When the feature related to the directory service is enabled, information about custom filters is displayed depending on information downloaded from the device.

[User ID Query Filter]

Set a search string to obtain the user ID in login credentials during network authentication.

This item is displayed when the remote authentication feature is enabled and also the authentication system is other than [LDAP].

[IC Card Login Query Filter]

Set a search string to obtain the user based on the IC card information during authentication.

This item is displayed if the following conditions are satisfied:

• [Remote] is selected for the authentication settings
• [LDAP] is selected for the authentication system
• [Authentication of User Attributes] is selected for the LDAP authentication method

[Control Panel Login Query Filter]

Set a search string to obtain the user during authentication based on the information entered by using the keyboard on the control panel.

This item is displayed if the following conditions are satisfied:

• [Remote] is selected for the authentication settings
• [LDAP] is selected for the authentication system
• [Authentication of User Attributes] is selected for the LDAP authentication method
