Setting Up Your Web Browser
Configure the following settings in your web browser before you use CentreWare Internet Services.
This section uses Internet Explorer® 11 as an example.
Configuring Settings for Temporary Internet Files
	- Click [Tools] > [Internet Options].
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box appears.
	- On the [General] tab, click [Settings] under [Browsing history].
 
	The [Website Data Settings] dialog box appears.
	- On the [Temporary Internet Files] tab, under [Check for newer versions of stored pages], select [Every time I visit the webpage] or [Every time I start Internet Explorer].
 
	- Click [OK].
 
	The [Website Data Settings] dialog box closes.
	- Click [OK].
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box closes.
Choosing Not to Use a Proxy Server for the IP Address of the Printer
	- Click [Tools] > [Internet Options].
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box appears.
	- On the [Connection] tab, click [LAN Settings] under [Local Area Network (LAN) settings].
 
	The [Local Area Network (LAN) settings] dialog box appears.
	- Use either of the following settings for [Proxy Server]:
 
	
		- Clear the [Use a proxy server for your LAN] check box.
 
		- Click [Advanced], enter the printer's IP address in [Exception], and click [OK].
 
	
    
	- Click [OK].
 
	The [Local Area Network (LAN) settings] dialog box closes.
	- Click [OK].
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box closes.
   	Enabling JavaScript
	
	- Click [Tools] > [Internet Options].
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box appears.
	- On the [Security] tab, click [Local Intranet], and then [Custom Level].
 
	The [Security Settings - Local Intranet Zone] dialog box appears.
	- Scroll down to [Script], and check that [Active scripting] is enabled.
 
	- Click [OK].
 
	The [Security Settings - Local Intranet Zone] dialog box closes.
	- Click [OK]  on the [Internet Options] screen.
 
	The [Internet Options] dialog box closes.
